A minimum of 5 employees must be enrolled at signing. Groups below 5 are directed to individual retail memberships.

Month Commitment
All corporate plans require a 12-month agreement billed monthly, with auto-renewal and 60-day cancellation notice.

Month Early Exit Fee
Early termination is subject to a fee equal to 3 months contracted amount or remaining balance — whichever is less.
